The Hafford & District Recreation Association manages two
facilities on behalf of the Town and surrounding community: the Hafford
Communiplex, and the Hafford Sports Grounds.
Located at the south edge of Town, and built in the mid-eighties, the
Communiplex features a full-sized
covered ice rink (winter) and riding arena (summer) as well as a
500-seat dining hall with a fully-equipped commercial kitchen. At the
north edge of Town, the Sports Grounds includes four softball diamonds,
an event concession, and a small campground.
The Hafford & District Recreation Association is governed by
a board of directors appointed by the Hafford Town Council and the
